Shipments being imported to Poland temporarily for less than one year, such as for a business trip or vacation, or being imported by returning residents who have been abroad for less than one year, are not given duty relief unless the declared value is less than €45/$45 USD/£40 GBP. Shipments over this value will incur customs charges which will need to be paid by the receiver and are not covered by Ship Now. For relocations, the owner of the goods must be in Poland at the time of clearance to obtain duty free clearance.
Duffles, holdalls, rucksacks and similar bags need to be boxed due to the current restrictions within Europe

Suitcases & Bags

You can send hard or soft suitcases on our services, just make sure all straps are tucked in or removed. If you're a heavy packer ensure your bag is designed to hold the weight. We do not recommend using holdalls or rucksacks, All quotes are based on size and weight.

Not Allowed

Sorry, we can't accept plastic bags (including laundry bags) or plastic boxes. We have a list of prohibited items that you cannot send on our services, some common items are aerosols (deodorant), liquids (perfume, shampoo, nail polish etc.) and batteries (unless contained within an electronic device).
