Under no circumstances include cigarettes, if you do, your entire shipment will be seized by customs and any fees, fines or charges will be payable by sender/receiver. WHAT CAN YOU SEND

Boxes

Suitcases & Bags

You can send hard or soft suitcases on our services, just make sure all straps are tucked in or removed. If you're a heavy packer ensure your bag is designed to hold the weight. We do not recommend using holdalls or rucksacks, All quotes are based on size and weight.

Not Allowed

Sorry, we can't accept plastic bags (including laundry bags) or plastic boxes. We have a list of prohibited items that you cannot send on our services, some common items are aerosols (deodorant), liquids (perfume, shampoo, nail polish etc.) and batteries (unless contained within an electronic device).
